1 fuel pump is dead, needs to be replaced, I am out of money from moving into a house so it's going to sit with 1 fuel pump until spring... still runs and drives fine, the boost controller is off and it's on 15lbs right now.
^^^^ The fuel pump was fine, turned out to be a cracked hose from the fuel filter to the fire wall, replaced it and the car hits 30psi and stays 11.5~
So there's absolutely nothing wrong with the car now.
