CHP has a Diablo. I've seen it at shows a couple times. I've heard they use it for chasing sports cars out on the LA-Vegas run, but it could be just for show.

I've seen a van pull over a school bus.......that month they were crackin down on drugs hardcore. They were using vans, intrepids, and other various common cars, the cars were stilll stock paint too! The van still had the green paint, not like most cop cars that are white.

I've seen an unmarked tiburon pulling somebody.....state po....and county po has a Supra and 5.0 that are also unmarked,with cops that are in "street clothes" that cruise the local race spots. The supra is white,with alarge FMIC,shaved rear spoiler,18 or so inch wheels(large),and aftermarket front fascia. The camaro has stock wheels,and flowmaster exhaust IIRC.

I live in north Atlanta in a pretty rich area, they cops seized a several cars a few years ago in a high level drug bust and turned the cars into patrol vehicals. There is a Diablo, 911 turbo, DB7 and a c5 corvette. They used them on Ga-400 to run down cars at speed traps. They also use they for promotions at schools for the D.A.R.E program. So dont speed on Ga-400 through Roswell if you ever come to Georgia.
