Hi guys, I recently bought a s13 with a RHD converson and SR20 swap. It looks to be done fairly well, but this is my first 240 and im not too familiar with these cars. The car has power steering and A/C and I would like to have the A/C work.
The car appears to have everything swapped over from a type X (wire harness, complete DCC, J4 ECU etc... ) my digital climate control works as it should, all the vent positions cycle properly, fan works and everthing for the A/C is intact. If I press the A/C button the green icon comes on but the compressor does not kick on.
*If I send 12v to the A/C compressor wire the compressor turns right on and I have ice cold A/C
I had my friend put gauges on the A/C ports with the A/C jumped and he said the pressure is good, I checked the fuses in the kick panel and swapped the blue A/C relay in the engine compartment, I jumped the pressure switch on the A/C dryer and nothing seems to make it work on its own. I am feeling like its just not getting a signal from the DCC to turn on, I have searched around for the wiring diagram for it and could not find what wire it is on the DCC harness that sends the signal to the compressor or ECU ???
If there is anyone who has gone through this before or knows the A/C systems well that could help me out I would greatly appreciate it !!
