yes, its an s14 rack, only differnce i ran into where the bushing to the crossmember (thicker)

its an aftermarket for an f150 and its bolted on not welded, perfect for test pipe switch for track events

spin ? guessing ur talking about the ebrake one, sure but taking it off is a bit of a paint... and the shifter stays with the engine swap.
