Bought the coilovers from this guy and one of the rear coilovers is missing an adjuster knob and the adjuster is bent. The coilover perch adjusters were also not included so i have to order new ones from fortune auto.... Texted seller twice with no reply... irresponsible seller!

You don't need spanner wrenches. A flathead screw driver, a rag, and a mallet will help break them loose and will tighten them up. Even Fortune has it in their instruction manual.

I have had coilovers on many of my other cars before and using a flat head and mallet will work but its a hassle and it damages the perches because they are made of soft aluminum (to add... the springs on his coilovers are preloaded 1.5 inches for some reason, so it is almost seized, therefore I cant even use a flat head and mallet to unload the springs). If that method works so well why does every set of coilovers come with spanner wrenches and not instructions to use flat head and mallet to tighten and loosen the perches. And plus I didn't pay $800 to bang on the coilovers with a flat head and mallet everytime I adjust them... also the freakin adjuster knob is bent and missing too. Might as well get a new set with the manufacturer warranty since I'm already in for more than half. Only reason I bought it from him was because he seemed reputable.

Whatever is done is done... I'm not going to ask for my money back but it would be great if you can send me the original spanner wrenches or compensate me for a set from fortune auto. That's all I'm asking...

So you going to take them off your car and sell them, or just going to fix the issues? Shoot me a PM if you're reselling them. I have contacts and ways of getting these issues fixed easily.

The only thing you are missing is a single spanner wrench. I never lied in my forsale ad, or the texts between you and I. I sent multiple pics of everything you asked for. Throw some pb blaster on them if they are too tough for you to break loose. Also I am currently deployed which is why I have not replied to your texts. I am very reputable and never try and stiff people, just look at my feedback scores man.
