Translating Japanese Language?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to or has a software package for the internet explorer. It would be like a plug in or something, that translated all of the jibberish on the japanese websites into english so us stupid people can read.

Jibberish on the Japanese websites? I read them all the time...in characters.

The plug-in only turns it from jibberish into the proper character set (Hiragana/Katakana/Kanji)

Babelfish does a horrible job of translating Japanese...
