S13 sr20 swap clutch problems

Just posting up to see if anyone has any insight, I swapped a sr into my s13. Put a new comp stage 2 and oem throw out bearing in. Now when I'm trying to bleed my clutch it starts popping the piston out of the slave cylinder. Swapped a few different slaves in and got one that doesn't pop but now I'm not getting pressure. I tried bench bleeding the master but didnt do much. Any suggestions? Thanks

check the fork it may be bent

I checked before it went in, if I take the slave off and actuate it by hand everything seems to slide smoothly and look good. I'm at my wits end. Next step is to pull the trans I guess
