Issue resolved!
Update! order shipped after 3 weeks to my delight! I would not have posted this had I known this was a special order part and order cannot be canceled!
What would have help me the customer avoid this:
Note in plain sight stating special order if Item(s) are "special order"
Note in plain sight stating special order can't be canceled (In clear view)
Status updates with relevant information
