Selling my rolling chassis. Its a 96 SE not originally from the north east. The only rust it has is surface rust on the rear subframe from sitting so long. Interior is ok, it needs the HVAC stuff reinstalled. (PO removed it) It has S13 front seats and a GTR (?) steering wheel.

It comes with:
Megan track coilovers
18 inch staggered wheels. Not the 17in Cobra reps in the pictures
1 full set of of z32 calipers, 1 set of pads, z32 aluminum rear knuckles
Koyo rad with with ISIS e-fans
Custom engine and trans mounts for an LSx/T56
Custom tube front end by me. A battery leaked and corroded the battery tray. So rather than deal with patching it I cut the front end off...

I'm sure there's more that I'm forgetting. I have many hours into the fab work. I'm very particular about my cars. Everything needs to be just right or I'm not happy.

The body does have a dent in the drivers rear 1/4. I was going to get it pulled out well enough, painted and then put some overs on it.

$3,000 rolling chassis with LSx/T56 mounts. No engine, trans or turbo parts.

Pictures...

Mounts- engine mounts use a DOM tube with urethane bushing, trans mount has a urethane bushing too.

How much did u plan on asking for this?

Not really sure. Basically just seeing if there is any interest. I'd probably be asking around $8k obo for it. I know I could get more if it was running. So I'm really trying to weigh my options.

Thanks

Alright this things officially for sale. I opened a new shop and I just cant find the time to work on it.

For $8k you get the car with all the fabrication done. All it needs is the fuel system, engine work and wiring. It will come with everything listed in the original post with finished hot pipes with Tial WG and BOV. If you're interested shoot me a PM and I can give you a more detailed list of what it has and what it needs.

I went and found your FS thread but you deleted the details. Did you do any internal work on your engine? People literally bolt 70mm turbos onto stock trucks and make good power. I was going to do head studs, rod bolts, new cam, springs etc because I like overkill. I'll probably regret selling it, but at the rate I'm going it will be several years before its done.

Id love to see what this sells for.

The motor had a few minor things but I bought it like that...rod bolts, regapped top ring,ls3 valve springs and a 00 ss cam...I bought a running truck that was rotted that's the mod list he gave me...I pulled motor and went into the 240 then Fabbed up turbo stuff

I really want this since I have rhd swap sitting in the driveway but I can't justify it right now...I gotta just find a stocker and build from there again

I dont think it would really work as a RHD. The turbo would need to be on the opposite side for down pipe clearance. Not that it would be hard to switch the hot/cold pipes around a bit to make it work. But if you have the means to fab up the turbo kit its more fun to build the whole car yourself! I have way more fun building cars than actually driving them around. This is the perfect start for someone who doesn't have the tools or abilities to fabricate but can do mechanical work and get the engine stuff finished up.

I'd also sell the rolling chassis with the LSX/T56 mounts for $4000. Basically it would come with everything listed except for the engine, trans and turbo parts.

Would you sell the swap and turbo setup?

Landcruisin60

Unless you want to build a tube front end around the turbo stuff I dont think it'll work. I'm fairly sure it wont fit with the stock core support and inner fenders.

The tabs for the engine mounts are welded directly to the front subframe. So before I can sell the mounts I need to find a replacement sub frame. I have a friend who might have one.
