I was preparing this car for my son to use but he's not interested. Bought himself a Nissan 240sx. So need to sell this one. I'm the third owner. Bought this car from a friend of mine with 202K. He bought it as a used certified car from Daniels BMW. The car comes with the original 16" wheels and tires which I used in the winter. The car is solid and reliable. Paint and clutch are original. As you can see I replaced and fixed most all problem areas in these cars (E46's). I'm sure I missed a few also. I'm asking $7000 now. I say that because I'm not in a hurry to sell. I was asking $7900 but think it would only be fair to drop the price because of a few more items that need to be addressed on the car. Now the bad. The AC quit on me this spring. Was told the AC compressor leaks ($350). The MAF sensor needs to be replaced ( $100 / $200 depending on make) before the next inspection which is due next Feb. These are the major items.

Minor items: Some of the leather seat stitching is coming apart on the passenger front seat, rear wheel speed sensor once in a great while fails and only causes a warning light to come on briefly, left front head light has a bad connection and occasionally goes out ( hope to clean before sale) and finally the right rear tire leaks about 2 psi and day. No surprises here. I have all records since owned plus some from previous owner.

This car is a blast to drive. It currently has around 230K. Handles great and sounds even better. I can also reduce the price of the car by parting most aftermarket items you may not be interested in. If you have any questions or want to have a closer look let me know. I pretty flexible with my time.

First and last picture are older, car has clear lights instead of the orange.

My jeep is payed off next month and I've been thinking about getting a newer car. It's between this or a new jeep. If I flew out to you would I be able to drive it back to Minnesota?

+1 for UUC exhaust. one of the best exhausts you can get for the E46,. sounds beastly. GLWS man makes me miss my E46.
