Sr20 low hp on s15 dbb

I have power fc d,810cc injectors, s15 dbb turbo runing 15psi only put down 290rwhp I was thinking it would be around 330 any input would be grate. Also It has grate wot a/f but when just driving not in boost I'm getting 13-14/1 is this ok since not and boost thanks the car was tuned at Je in bmore

That is good power from an S15 T28 aka GT2560R, as it is rated for 330BHP. The AFR's in boost are certainly lean, 12.0:1 would be ideal.

15psi, 290WHP, looks correct to me, that should be around 320/330HP @ engine. The S15 turbo is a ball bearing T28, which is the same turbo an euro S14 sr20det has.

If you dont have an intercooler, i'd be surprised you get these numbers, you should have less than that.

13/14 AFR when cruising is ok, you should have [email protected] and around 15 at idle.
