keep frying distributors

Hey guys iv been working on trying to get my ka-t going for a while now but am having problems with my distributor. I am running mspnp2 ecu and have ran this problem through diyauto tune for months now with little to no help. So right now I am able to get great rpm signal for like 10 min but then the distributor gets fried. I am mainly looking to see if anyone has had this problem. The car was re wired and has ls coils I have checked, repinned and rewired the dizzy wires numerous times as that was the only thought diy tech support would suggest.
