I have a set of used JDM S14 Kouki Headlights. They're fully functional and I just removed them from my S14 a few days ago. I got the headlights from a front clip I bought a while ago.
No cracks or chips on the lens.
The driver-side tab that bolts to the headlight bracket looks like it was repaired a while ago (I'm assuming from the PO in Japan) but the headlight does not have any mounting issues or leaks/fogging issues.
On the passenger-side, the plastic tab that holds headlight plug was broken when I bought the front clip so I ziptied it so the plug wouldn't be dangling.
