Hello,
I'm selling my 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8s. The body has 110k miles, engine has ~42k. (I'll explain later why it has been replaced.) The car is factory everything but radio. I am the second owner of this car. The previous owner abused this thing and "riced" it out big time. (Blue interior, bondoed trunk, cut springs). I have painted the hideous blue interior back to black. The driver side seat has a burn hole on the back... Not sure how that got there. The previous owner "didn't know how it got there either." Yeah okay. He also took the spoiler off and just bondoed the holes... Left the bondo unpainted and it looked terrible. I reopened the holes and put the stock spoiler back on to hide the bondo crap job he did. Also the trunk has been de-badged. Two of the back door handles in the interior are missing. He claims he lost them... (what....). The car is from Florida and has been since day one.
Here is why the car has a new USED engine with ~42k miles. I bought it with 40k miles on it. I'd say I've put on 2k since I purchased the new engine. I had the car in Florida for about a year. I was driving it from Florida to New York. On my adventure to New York the engine over heated and seized up in Pennsylvania. I had it towed the rest of the way and when I got in town I had the engine replaced right away. The car is automatic transmission. I have the receipt for it.
The car also has brand new struts. The guy put cut springs on there, and then the shocks blew so then he just put stock springs back on. I got the car and spent 2k alone on brand new OEM struts that have around 5k miles on them. I have the receipt.
The reason why the front bumper the way it is. When i had gotten to New York with this car it was the beginning of winter. I had NEVER EVER seen snow in my entire life. Let alone drive in it. I had no idea what I was doing and I had no idea what to expect. I went to go turn, the car didn't turn. The car just kept going straight and I hit a stop sign. It damaged the front bumper and the driver side headlight. After that happened I ordered two brand new OEM headlights from Nissan and they're both on the car now. I'm tired of putting money in this car. The only time I ever put money in this car is in the engine to keep it running properly. I can never neglect the engine. That's just unheard of.
