I assume that you want it ASAP, but finding a hub to fit a Nardi/Personal steering can be a pain, especially finding someone local. Through my experience here are some simple solutions to make a Nardi wheel fit.

Solutions:
1. If you want to cheap out, buy an Ebay one as usually they're dual patterned (6x70mm- Sparco/Momo/Chinese knocks and 6x74mm- Nardi/Personal)
2. HKB has dual pattern and they're relatively cheap
3. Some Works Bell/Splash has dual pattern hubs as well.
4. Get a Momo/Sparco/NRG slim/ or Works Slim Hub and get an adaptor plate (~$20-$30) to fit the Nardi bolt pattern
5. Get a Momo/Sparco/NRG/ or Works Slim Hub and get a QR as many QR are dual pattern.
6. Nismo Hub (Direct Fit for Nardi's)
