Guys, i'm having some serious clutch problems and i'm just stumped i have no idea what else to do besides push the car down a hill.

What is not wrong with the car:

2nd New clutch in 2months ACT 6 Puck
New Flywheel - Jim Wolf
New Slave/2nd new Master (thought this was the culprit)
Bled probably 10 times using every method possible besides using a hydraulic bleeder.
New TOB/Pilot
No rear main leaks or any leaks inside the transmission whatsoever.
New pedal with all new bushings and new spring.
Have a 3-4 year old stainless steel clutch line.
NO LEAKS ANYWHERE besides the trans plug leaking - just keeps coming back after i fix it but i'm never low on fluid.

The problem....clutch slips and feels like the engagement point changes sometimes. Twice i've had the car stall on me while coming to a stop or slowing down. This morning when i parked at work the revs kept going up and down around the 500-600 range and when i stabbed the gas pedal it reved down slowly and died, but car starts right back up and the problem is gone. I know this has to be clutch related because i smell the clutch burn and the clutch pedal just feels funky. Also when we took the transmission out twice the pivot and the fork looked perfectly in tact. I changed the clutch the first time around and the clutch was perfectly fine, as if it never slipped. The new one which is in the car started doing the slipping bullshit right away, and then stopped, now the problem is back. Is this car haunted or something?

Revving up and down has nothing to do with the clutch. As far as it slipping, pop the fork dust boot, peak inside and see if there's play on the TOB/carrier. You should be able to see it move and slide some. If it doesnt move, your TOB is too thick and is preloading the clutch.

If it does move, where does the clutch engage on the pedal? Is it high up? Might just need to adjust it lower.
