So a couple weeks ago I finished up swapping an sr into my s13, for background purposes here's what all was done:
The motor kinda ran like crap and had lifter tick so I
Pulled the head off the motor
Decked the head
Lapped the valves (yes everything was kept in order when taken apart)
Then re-asssembled with:
ARP headstuds
Tomei Headgasket
OEM every other gasket kit
Then installed the motor.
The motor ran great for the first 4 days (and still does), but after some spirited driving on the fourth day I noticed a noise that wasn't there before. It becomes audible in the cabin at about 2300 rpm, and is audible in the engine bay at about 2000 rpm. It only occurs under load, not idling or coasting in gear, and seems to be coming from the head. At first I thought it was timing chain rattle, then I re-bled all the lifters and changed the oil. Its not down on power and I have good oil pressure still so I've still been driving it every day. Anyways, here's a video, please ignore the duct tape steering wheel and moocow gauge setup:

If anyone has an idea before I start throwing money at it feel free to post away. Thanks in advance
