As mentioned, when I checked my plugs everything is burning right, but plug number 4 has no residue. The rings are black, but the strap and the one in the middle is clean. Is this suppose to be normal?

no, do a compression check

Could be getting washed with fuel or you've got coolant in the cylinder (blown headgasket). Does the car run good, or does it misfire?

try to check connector on that injector, or replace that injector, you can change the injector places and look what will be happen with that plug

OK. I'll check it after work..

I don't think I have a blown headgasket cause No mixture, but car does stall at low rpm. When it does that, I'll just step on the gas more, and it'll go. Also when driving, feels like the car has a heavy load, then after a second or so, it'll pull like there's No heavy load. Car pulls hard at 6k rpm. Feels like vtec. I also have a 248/248 cam, but my other car didn't have this problem with the same set up.

Injectors are good. Did that and each time I did that, car will misfire.
