Got these about 3yrs ago shipped from japan
Not sure what the mileage is on them, I've used em for daily
I'm parting out my s13 so these have to go

Front 9kg
Rear 7kg
Helper springs
Height adjustable , non damping
Pillow ball fronts

Gives you a nice decent drop
Great starter coils
