E39 Supercharged, Brembos, ACS, FS/FT

Sup my fellow zilvians...

Ok looking to mostly sell my E39. The car is a 1997 bmw 540i ( pre vanos). I have taken alot of pride since becoming the owner of this car and have tried to fix every and any issue as well as try to improve the car to the best of my abilities and the abilities of my bank account. I have replaced the transmission, torque converter, center support bearing, u-joints, fluids throughout the car, all within the last 2 months.

Note the paint is by no means perfect but looks great and still shines like a mother fucker as well as coming in handy when there is no mirror around.

Engine/trans
Rebuilt m62
vf engineering supercharger kit
upgraded bosh injector
upgraded bosh fuel pump
cold air intake off the s/c
dinan maf
dinan throttle body
fuel re map and tune by vf engineering
Ac Schnitzer cat back with high flow cats
Trans
rebuilt with oem parts less than 3k ago
new torque converter made to hold 500hp
clutch packs made to hold 500hp (shifts hard due to the friction surfaces)
made the switch from pentosin fluid to valvoline synthetic ( cheaper and better imo)

Wheel/supersion/Brakes
19x9 + 15/ 19x10.5 + 15 legit Ac Schnitzer type 2 wheels ( have never seen another set stateside with this size)
Ac Schnitzer struts
Ac Schnitzer springs
Ac Schnitzer sway bars front and rear
Brembo big brake kit up front ( car stops on a dime damn near )
Brembo slotted and crossed drilled rotors in the rear

Interior
All leather with no rips or tears and is condition quite often
All wood grain has been replaced with M5 brushed aluminum trim
All componet speakers have been replaced with alpine pieces total of 10 in cab speakers as well as sub in trunk
Alpine media reciever head unit
2 Alpine competition amps
Alpine competition sub
Alpine 6 disc changer
Alpine EQ
Ac Schnitzer E-brake handle

Exterior
M5 front end conversion with oem H.I.D. set up and halos
Ac Schnitzer side skirts
Ac Schnitzer mirrors
Ac Schnitzer rear valence
Ac Schnitzer Roof wing
Ac Schnitzer spoiler


Etc: the tires have been replaced less than 7 months ago and are still at 90% tread life. the rear are hankook ventus v12 evos and the fronts are mayrun rs5000 ( cheaper tire but have a nice compound and really the only ones i could find in the size i needed with the time frame i was able to wait)


This is a very nice car but i have just lost interest in it and would like to move onto something new. Im not looking for another s chassis but would like an SUV like 03 up tahoe, sequoia, etc. Must have three row seating.

Ok well i think that is about it the car is about an 8/10 and runs beautifully. Im gonna start off with 12.5k and we can work from there people.

^^^^ yes sir.. you see there was a recall on all 97-98 540I because the clutch packs gave out prematurely. I got the car and replaced the trans. with a used one that lasted 20k and then died in the same manner. I then bought another one from a 01 540I and had it rebuilt to suit the needs of 500hp. has made a world of difference..

Honestly the best four door car iv'e ever owned.

Nice to see my engine rebuild and super charger set up are still going strong.

Happy you've kept all the ACS parts on the car. It seriously the only fully ACS kitted e39 iv'e ever seen.

yea. its time to part ways from the modified car scene for awhile. the car is pretty much collecting dust and only really gets driven maybe twice a month at the moment

In all honesty man if you are not in a rush, Id start parting this thing out.
all the ACS parts are discontinued, and the e39 guys pay big for them.
Just those wheels...... must be worth... something around 2.5k ish atleast....

maybe. someone just backed into it not much damage but insurance is gonna be replacing the front bumper and driver side fender and headlight. this might just be the perfect time. some with that in mind any one looking for a vf engineering supercharger kit
