1995 Toyota pick up 2wd 5 speed

I have a CLEAN TITLE 1995 Toyota Pick up, 4clyinder, 2wd, and 5 speed for sale. The car runs perfect with no issue at all. A/C blows cold. The truck comes factory WITHOUT power steering. Truck has minor dents and dings but nothing serious, especially for its age. The car has been in my family for almost 10 years and has been well taken care of. Everything is original with 165,xxx miles on engine and chassis. This is my DD so the mileage will go up.

-Driverside window handle has some play but still rolls up fine.
-Seat is a 9.5/10
-Gas tank door tab is broken but still close. Can be found in junk yard for cheap.

IF I DONT HAVE CASH (asking price) IN MY HANDS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR.

LOL! Really? I know how much these trucks are worth and theres no way im gonna let it go for that cheap. These truck can last for many more years and you know it will. If we all go by KBB price then our 240sx will be sold for crazy cheap.

People would pay double for what a 240sx is worth in kbb because they're enthusiast/into the scene, you'll have trouble selling this truck on this forum cause its a Nissan forum...I'm sure you can get around the price you want if you sold it on Craigslist or even a Toyota forum (you're trying to sell Edison light bulbs at a Tesla rally)
It's a nice truck though I'd love to have me a lil' truck like this, but again price seems steep since I'm into "the scene". Glws
