on my intercooler the cold pipe going to the intake has a pipe coming off of it that I had to cut off because I couldn't fit my clutch fan shroud on with it (Godspeed didn't do much thinking on this) I had it capped off with a rubber fitting but it rubbed on the shroud and got a hole in it causing the car not to idle..... so now I took it off and trying to figure out what can I stuff in there to plug the bitch? I also cut the pipe short and can only fit a clamp on there with some pushing.... Stupidest shit ever honestly.
What do you guys suggest?

Get it welded shut....

So u have 2 separate problems it sounds like? First weld hole, do it right don't be cheap. Then u can also get a longer coupler since u cut a pipe to short correct.

Dont stuff anything in there haha. Take it to get welded shut then using a longer coupler like blueshark suggested should do the trick. Also trim the fan shroud a little so it wont rub through again.

To my understanding, the pipe he cut short, is the pipe that was rubbing on the shroud. Now there is not enough room to add a cap and clamp, on the cut pipe!
Having that pipe welded shut would be the best permanent solution. I have know idea of the pipes angle or diameter to offer any other solution!

His OP is broken and unreadable. I was certain the pipe had a hole worn into it from the shroud AND was modified too short to reach the throttle body or other pipe. Next time just post pictures and say 'wat do?'

Find a welding shop and tell them just to cut it off and weld a patch over it. Was like 20 bucks at my local shop to do mine.
