Up for sale, my 1989 Nissan 240sx, 5 speed, CLEAN TITLE!! w/ tons of mods.

I've had this car for the past 4 years, it has been my daily driver/weekend track car the entire time. It is in perfect mechanical condition, and has zero leaks or noises. I love this car very much and have put a ton of money and time into it over the past few years, I am an ASE certified tech, and did all of the work to the car myself. Car has a clean title, with 200xxx miles on chassis and 15k on the motor. Like I said, the car has a ton of mods and is track ready, fully drift capable, BUT it is still reliable enough to be my daily driver. It has never given me any problems or left me stranded.

I would love to keep this car, but i no longer have time for drifting, and i'm at the point in my life where i need to find something more professional for my day to day business and commute, and thus it is up for sale.

Asking price is 4,800 OBO, price is somewhat negotiable.

Engine/Transmission
Rebuilt KA24e, 15k miles. I spent a good amount of coin on this motor, easily 2k+, and took my time on the rebuild.
I built this motor with the intention of boosting it, however I got busy and never was able to do it. The motor, however, is still built to handle massive power reliably. It is also up to rigors of daily driving, it has never left me stranded or overheated on me. Reliable.

ENGINE
Rebuilt KA24E, 15k miles, block machined and head rebuilt at a reputable machine shop.
All wear components were replaced, including water pump, ps pump, and t stat, pcv valve, and all gaskets.
-ARIAS 8:5:1 Forged pistons, block bored .020 over
-ARP Head studs, this thing will never blow a head gasket due to excessive power
-L28 Turbo high capacity oil pump
-Oil pan tapped for turbo return line
-Nismo motor mounts(these are now discontinued)
-MSD Blaster SS ignition coil
-NGK Spark Plug Wires
-K&N Drop in air filter
-Walbro adustable fuel pressure regulator, w/ fuel rail mounted fuel pressure gauge
-Mishimoto Aluminum Radiator
-Emissions deleted(only 2 vacuum lines)
-Stock air box, exhaust, and headers, another, much louder, exhaust will be included as well

Drivetrain
-5 Speed Manual trans, no pops, grinds, or noises.
-Clutch Masters FX300 Stage 3 Carbon Kevlar Clutch Set
-2 way limited slip differential, i am unsure of the brand, as i have never had to open the pumpkin, but it locks like crazy(I can show you), and none of that ridiculous chirping and ruining your tires like with a welded diff
-On a new rubber trans mount, but i will also include an excessive motorsports
solid trans mount

Suspension/Steering
-STANCE GR+ Pro Coilovers w/ helper springs, best street/track coilovers Ive ever ridden, fully height adjustable w/ 15 way damping adjustment, these have been discontinued by Stance, but this car has them. At its current ride height it is set up for drifting, so it is not slammed, but these coils will slam you if you want them to.
-Circuit Sports Adjustable Tension Rods
-Circuit Sports Inner and Outer Tie Rod Ends
-Rebuilt rack and pinion, no leaks or torn boots, w/ new ps pump and pressure hose
-Godspeed adjustable Toe Rods
-Godspeed adjustable tension rods
-Godspeed adjustable traction rods

Exterior
-S15 Silvia conversion,(google the price of one of these conversion kits real quick)
-OEM NISSAN S15 SILVIA headlights, w/ projectors
-BN Sport Style front bumper
-VIS racing carbon fiber hood
-+10mm s15 conversion fenders
-Kouki 180sx Tail lights, these have been discontinued!
-Unknown rear bumper and side skirts

Interior/Electronics
-Nardi Personal Pole Position Steering wheel
-NRG Quick release and slim hub
-s14 driver seat(bottom is torn)
-s14, MANUAL SEAT BELTS!!!!!!!!
-Sony Stereo, CD player with AUX input, you will not need to buy a stereo
-Din cup holder, right above stereo
-AUTOMETER WATER TEMP GAUGE
-INNOVATE MOTORSPORTS AFR GAUGE
-BOTH MOUNTED IN A DUAL GAUGE POD
-APEXI SAFC NEO, hooked up and functional, but not tuned

WHEELS/BRAKES
-XXR 002 Gunmetal Gray, 16x8 ZERO OFFSET. Poke pretty well
-Brand new tires, BRAND NEW, you will not need to worry about tires for the foreseeable future
-PBR XBG Semi metallic brake pads, front and rear, excellent bite and pedal feedback
-88 ROTORS Drilled and slotted rotors, front and rear

Cons
-Bumper, and hood have cracks from track and street duty, most 240sx's with aero have these
-could use a paint job, however the car is still very presentable, i bring it to car meets all the time
-interior rattles some, the genius previous owner took apart the interior, I did my best to put it back together, but it rattles
-no idle air control valve, again, genius previous owner decided it would be a good idea to remove it. all this means is that the car idles rough for the first 15 seconds of the day, after that it idles fine.

THINGS TO CONSIDER
-Emissions/smog
-This car sits low and is on racing suspension, its pretty raw and drives/sounds/smells like a race car, this car is not for wusses or inexperienced drivers
-This car is made for, and has done a bunch of drifting, so you can not expect a cosmetically perfect car
- i.e.: zip ties and fiberglass/paint imperfections
-This car also calls for a lot of attention, which can either be positive or negative thing, depending on who's looking

Only things I am taking off the car are the shift knob, and the wink mirror. I will, however, include 2 spares, and a bunch of random spare/misc 240sx parts with it as well. I can also take parts off to help negotiate the price.

And of course test drives will be allowed, but only for serious buyers with cash in hand.

This car deserves to be enjoyed, and driven on a track. Since i can no longer do that i want it to go to somebody who will enjoy it. It will make a badass daily, and an excellent track car.
