Help a noob

[AK-47]

hey im new here...and i need your help!!!

the problem is....well i have saved up for a 240sx all year working (im in HIghschool) and have enough now to buy a S13....but the problem is my mom wont let me get a car without air bags (understandable :naughtyd: )....do any S13's come with air bags....the one im trying to buy is a 91...not sure if it has airbags......

can i also get help with points and excuses for why i should get it..and the whole air bag issue...

airbags are worthless...once you put an aftermarket steering wheel on they are gone anyway...tell your mom to shut up...if she wants to contribute to your car fund, thus allowing you to get a newer car then she can talk...until then ask her if she wants a spoon...when she asks what for?..tell her so she can eat your ass...then go buy your 240...

i feel bad for you... you're at the age where you're kind of independent but not really; so your parents have a say in everything you do, for better or worse. you can save up extra and get a s14.

actually check with ur insurance company first. for my co., the s13 is classified as sports and the s14 is classified as compact. maybe you can use the fact that the s14 has airbags, cheaper insurance and is not a 'sports' car - just a 'compact' car - and convince your parents to splurge a little extra for that one instead.

Hey man....trust me,...airbags aren't always good. Example? Me...I had my head pushed through a windsheild by one....in supposedly one of the safest cars you can get.....Mercury Sable/Ford Taurus. I know a girl that had to be brought back to life from a bad wreck.....Know how the wreck happened? Her
airbag went off while she was cruising down the highway.

EDIT:I just saw your SN.....Awsome. I have shotgun built on a modified AK-47 frame called a "Saiga". Its a full Ak-47 but it shoots 3 inch .410 shells as fast as you can pull the trigger. My dad has a smaller framed AK that shoots .22 cal,too.

I hate to say it and no offense but i really dont like the S14 that much....plus its too much money for me \

And i cant do that spoon thing.....cuz how could you say that right after this....

tell her you will have an aftermarket airbag installed once you purchase the car...then just conveniently never get around to it....yeah, that's it!..:D

Maybe you can work the loop hole by doing this...

Buy S13
Install S14 steering wheel
Then say, "Mom it has airbags."

Will the airbag work? NOPE!
Will you have a car? YUP!

S14 steering wheel...airbag yes....will it work no....wil she know never....(unless you die in an accident in which you would have lived if the aibag went off ...lol)

yeah like west borough said.....get a harness maybe even a racing seat...rollbar.....

I like this idea better then the airbag one,because at least the car is safer. A roll cage and racing harness is definitely a cooler addition then a fake airbag.
