Last night me and my freind were dwon at dpa (deer park ave.) great racing spot. well we were in his vw corrado slc its pretty fast. Wel we see this acura we thought it was not even goin to be a race but the guy wanted to run. we both thopught this was a easy win. well the integra banged 2nd thionk my friend did to mabey 3rd but the vw will still pull at lower rpms anyway we should have destroyed it. but #### this thing just pulled and kept goin. we were both like Sh*t. well this was a great night for racin lots of cars no cops. so we went back a got my 240. After looking for a suitable race i found a very trashy civic. it 2 white rims and 2 of the stock wheels with the wheel covers missing. looked hidiouse sp? anyway we started from about a 40-42 mph roll. i droped it to 2nd and hit it came close to redline banged 3rd cole to red line again hit 4th but cars were in front of us. i didnt even check our speed. but i had him by like a car and ahalf. i started to pull more and more as every second passed witsh it could have gone little further. It was an older civic. You guys think this about a normal run? i hear about everyone say #### i blew this honda away the fact is our cars are not darg cars but yes they do beat hondas and yes i do hate hondas. My car is stock now. if you could do one mod for under 400 buck what would it be? i am lookin for a little more power.

oh woohoo a prelude VTEC can break a high 14 with I/H/E and a good drivers, we care
its still FWD. at least they look better than all the other hondas. hondas would be ALOT more respectable if they were just RWD, then they would be decent cars

I came close to buying (not at the same time) a 94 Accord coupe, 92 Prelude Si, 92 Prelude base, 94 Integra GSR (awesome deal too), and I test drove a 98 Prelude Vtec. . with the exception of the 98, these were all a few years ago... the 98 Prelude I drove because I wanted to prove myself right for buying my S14 =) And I was right..
Slowest Honda I've ever driven! But then again, it was the only auto Honda I ever drove... =) Handled okay, but I doan like FWD at all. Gawd it was slow. . that disappointed me. . I figured it'd be at least as quick as my 240.

everyone always talks about how much better FWD's handle...my mother often talked about how hondas were so precise, and the best handling car she ever drove, other than the BMW2000turbo. well, if you know how to drive it, RWD is so much better. FWD is just more giving for idiot drivers. sure its easier to grip, but thats just most peoples concepts of how to take turns. of course, we all know better here at zilvia
