Q45 diff 1997-2001 in s14

I find a ton of info on the earlier q45 diff but not so much on the 97 and later my question is do I need the rear knuckles like with the 96 and earlier diff and what axle combination do I use I know on he 96 but the 97 is 5 bolt

I think you need early model J30 axles but you can retain your hubs. Use the Q45 output shafts.
