Up for sale is my LS1 swapped Mazda Rx7.The car is a clean title car with 117k miles. I love this car and it drives amazing. Handles very nicely and sounds fantastic. For those not familiar with this swap in FD's, the engine actually weighs less than the factory 13b. The trans and the swap kit add some weight but the total weight only goes up by 50lb's and perfect 50/50 weight distribution is kept. The swap kit it uses is Hinson Supercars swap kit which is about $5500. (after you add nice accessories)
The engine is complete stock (internally) with 65k miles as i wanted OEM reliability. As most of you guys know if you want more power you can easily cam these and gain about 40-50whp. The power/torque is good enough for me.
This was going to be my shop car to deliver/drop off wheels to customers. (wheel refinishing shop) but i am selling this to further invest into my business. So no trades unless you have industrial powdercoat equipment. (guns/ovens/booths etc)
The car originally was a red touring model. The car recieved a full respray including the door jambs and the engine bay into white. Touring models,come with Leather interior which is kind of meh. A full hard to find suede interior in black was swapped into the car.
The outside as mentioned received a full respray along with feed style side skirts painted body color, Shine diffuser and a custom made front lip. (modified 99 lip with lots of fiberglass work) The front turn signals were also lightly tinted. The Taillights on the car are also a custom set of LED tails in all red. I couldn't stand the black tails rx7's have from the factory.
The wheels are top of the line Wedsport Sa60m wheels in a one off blue finish. Also just bought the suspension which is on the car which were brand new Apexi S1 coilovers. These made in Japan coilovers give the car a nice look and ride fantastic. The adjustability in the dampening can actually be felt unlike lots of cheaper coils. Payed almost $2000 for these but it was worth it.
Anyways i feel like i am rambling on the car so whoever is interested in the car can ask me more on it.
Price will be 23,500. I think that is a very fair price for this car considering how much more is invested into it. I can drop the price a bit if the buyer doesn't want these wheels and/or coil overs. There are a couple negatives on the car. (pretty much interior plastic like on every FD rattles a tiny bit) I can go into further detail about any tiny problems (nothing greater than interior plastic) the car has with potential buyers.
