Tips (assuming S13 SR):
1. Get the ISIS cold pipe- much cheaper & just as effective.
2. You will need 2.75" couplers for the cold pipe.
3. Get this (http://www.xcessivemanufacturing.com/ONLINESTORE.html?cid=52&step=4&pid=334) throttle cable bracket- 5min installation, ZERO ass pain & looks great installed:

4. Use T-bolt clamps
5. You will also need a fitting like this (http://www.shopgreddy.com/electronics/profec-boost-contollers/replacement-solenoid-valve-hose-fitting-10mm-1-8pt.html) and the original 90* fitting from your stock intake mani to run the PCV and brake booster. The hoses are 10mm btw.
6. run one 1/8" NPT to 4mm barb fitting and on 1/8" NPT to 6mm barb fitting in the pre-drilled ports for your FPR and vac/boost source
7. Buy 6-8 additional 1/8 NPT plugs for the rest of the ports.
Enjoy.

Also the stock fuel rail will fit. Just might need one bracket shaved and the fpr switched if it rubs.
are there any alternatives for the throttle body bracket?
i need one, but i dont want to pay $8 bucks for shipping when it can be done with 3.

Go to home depot, get a small sheet of stainless or aluminum... Do some drilling & grinding... Doesn't have to be fancy; and there are PLENTY of pics of homemade & ghetto rigged brackets for you to get inspiration from.
Having personal experience with the Xcessive bracket, I feel that $19.99 or whatever it is + plus shipping is a bargain compared to the hours I would waste searching, drilling, grinding, adjusting etc. just to come up with a product that works but may not look nearly as nice.
Each to their own.

Has anyone had an issue with the fuel return hose interfering with the intake manifold when using the stock fuel rail and pressure regulator?
This is why Greddy includes/sells the swivel fpr fitting to orient the ruturn hose downward.

Flip your FPR 180* or find/buy that fitting.
Problem solved ;)

will flipping the fpr 180 not interfere with the cylinder head / valve cover? can the return tube on the fpr be cut / bent out of the way? i see that you are using and aftermerket fuel rail and AN fittings.

#3 (throttle cable bracket) needs to be modified or replaced no matter what... Mounting is different between the stock & GReddy manis.
As far as #5 (PCV & brake booster vacuum fittings) goes, you may or may not need to source the additional fitting... My 180SX was RHD and I still had to get that additional fitting to run both from separate ports. It really doesn't matter as long as both the PCV and booster have a vac/boost source; I am just a fan of separate vac/boost sources for each system/component under the hood. It makes troubleshooting much easier; and can be done cleanly as you can see in my pic.
Regardless- Just make absolutely SURE that you keep that check valve between the intake & booster so you don't blow the bellows in the booster up.

I would also highly suggest re tapping any of the threaded holes, as they are often crappy/galled. Easy to do off car for sure.

You'll save yourself a ton of headache, and time just getting the pre done one. I'm all about fabbing stuff myself, but I wish I had this when I did mine...getting the proper angle and bend and thickness steel while using the stock location...screw that.
