i got new stuff on motor
like
O2 sensor
Water temp
new spark plugs
new knock sensor
new used maf
Car still make power no problem
Part2 question
at 75% throttle my car will over boost to 20psi if i stay in that gear till redline
now if i do 100% throttle car will only boost to 10psi and even under 70% it will only boost to 10psi as well

With no boost controling mechanism, the turbo is going to boost at whatever pressure happens to be enough to push the wastegate open at the time... given whatever conditions are at hand.
If you have an adjustable actuator, loosen it up.
Other than that, it sounds like the car is operating as it should. As far as fuel in your oil; oil smells different after being ran thru the car... If you aren't losing oil or noticing any smoking, loss of power etc, then chances are everything is good.

OK. What about the fuel smell when coming to a stop and sitting at stops and startup

Check for leaks at the feed, return, filter, tank, rail & injectors and figure out where it's coming from.

Depends on where the smell is coming from.

do you see any excess fuel on the intake manifold ?
that would be a good sign of a shot o-ring on the injectors.

Depends on where the smell is coming from.
When idle it fine can't find where coming from under hood
No fuel is leaking onto intake manifold
