16.5 isn't bad, and everyone that's saying getting a hood and windshield is impossible dont know what they are talking about. They may not be Exactky cheap but can be had none the less

^^^ Exactly. Hoods are fairly easy to source and usually at a reasonable price too. Windshields are a little harder to find and ship in safely, however I've personally done it on an R33.
