My car just started giving me problems... my check engine light is on and i took it in a couple days ago to get the codes pulled n i got a misfire on cylinder 3 and a code for egr valve and tps. i was pretty sure the injector on cylinder 3 was bad or clogged so i removed it and attempted to clean it and since i connected everything back up my car now feels like it is running on just 2 cylinders. i took it out for a quick drive and if wont accelerate any faster than 30-40 mph with the pedal to the metal. i just replaced spark plugs, wires , fuel filter. can anyone help me figure out what is wrong here. i have a single cam ka n was thinking maybe bad head gasket but i just did a compression test and numbers are decent. also i see a little oil coming out of the header what can be the cause of that??

You have an EGR code don't ignore that one because exhaust flow back into the intake can cause a density misfire. My 2cents

The previous owner put a screw in the hose going from the top of egr to intake should I just plug it back in or can that cause problems. Or should I replace both valves if necessary just to b safe.

If you can test the tps aswell that can cause problems too. Do you have a dmm? Or know somebody with a known good tps? False readings can give pcm false data to use. But oil on the headers seems abnormal you should consider a shop if you keep having trouble.
