i got a s14 and my rack and pinion bushings are baaaad, so i might as well do them all. i am looking at the hyper flex from energy suspension, does that come with the rack and pinions bushings? do they make a much better difference over stock? any other recomendations? and how much does installation usually cost? thanks!!

Steering rack bushings? If it's that, you have to order the z32 300zx steering rack bushings. ES has them. I think it's 10 bucks or so.

I have upgraded my bushings completely (except rear LCA cuz its a bitch to get out).

I have the PDM bushings that they have on their site. Contrary to what others say, if you want
to save yourself time pressing in/out bushings, get a shop to press it out. It will be well worth the
$50-$80 that you have to spend for the service.

I don't have the rack & pinion bushings so I wouldn't know.

Nismo rack bushings are expensive... I had my ES steering rack bushings sent to me for $15. If I wanted to wait, I could have gone to a local shop for a cheaper price. oh well.
