First off, I have searched and found several threads on it with people sayiń it is bolt on. Doesn't seem like it is. I've read that you need to shave some aluminum off. I did that. Still doesn't fit without clicking. None of the pictures work in the threads I've been to. What is it am I supposed to shave? I've spent too many hours on this. Could someone tell me what to dremel off? I will post pics of what I've got so far when I get to my computer

Nevermind. I finally said fuq it. Shaved everything down to clear the wires that are coming out of the clock spring. I got the horn working as well and no more clicking. To prevent the wheel from clicking is to make sure the arrows on the clockspring are lined up upon bolting down the wheel. I have attached pics for future reference. To get the horn working, I soldered a 22gauge wire to the ground where stock location is and spliced the other end to plug into red wire coming out from where the cruise control buttons would plug into on the clockspring and made sure I wrapped electrical tape around it to secure the connection.

What the other threads dont mention is that you'll need a t30 tamperproof bit as well to remove the s15 airbag. Maybe a t40 as well if you want to remove the cruise control button on the stock s14 wheel (to get the harness out)

Also, to be sure the front wheels are straight, there is an indentation on the hub bolt (dont know what it's called. the thing that the bolt is screwed onto.) Make sure that it at the top and should line up (vertical line) with the dot that is on the steering wheel. I had to remove the wheel again after a test drive because it was off by a few mm.
