One buyer flaked last minute.

A serious local buyer yesterday really liked what he saw, pending sale waiting on his bank.

In the meantime cash still does the trick.

Still up for sale, a few wanting to fly in but no one making the move.

Doesn't make a difference, but I'd like to point out that if no one comes scoop it up by the end of next week I will miss out on the skyline, so this won't be for sale anymore as I really enjoy owning it so there would be no reason to let it go for so cheap let alone selling it at all.
