Every time I hit boost and then let off the gas, my car makes a whistling noise following the sound of my BOV. Could this be a leak?
Here is a video:

It is a Greddy RZ bov. I don't know if its recirculating. I'm completely new to turbo'd cars.
It's this one:

It blows off the remaining air that would otherwise be recirculated back into the intake track, possibly screwing up your air readings.
You'll know your BOV is recirculated if there is a hose going from the BOV to the intake pipe.

Thanks fellas..hoping this is normal...
And also, as you can see from the vid, my vacuum pressure is -22. But when I bought the car a few weeks ago, it was -20... Is this normal?

Well, I don't think the -2 difference matters, but it's at a negative number because you're not using any boost, while it reads a negative number, it's acting as a Naturally Aspirated (non turbo'd) engine, until you give it enough gas to start building boost. In case you didn't know/understand that. :snoop:
