My 89 240 started acting up today and my tachometer registers 2x higher than it actually is and is bouncy.. for example.. at 1k it registers on my tach as 2k and at 3k, it registers 6k.
I searched and found a few topics, but it was for S14. Could anyone give me some insight on this problem and some possible fixes? I would hate to junk my cluster since it has a working HUD.
