haha, when I was 17, the only thing I had in value was a PS2 because my 1985 Celica was worth less than that. :cj:

Seriously $7500, I'd just start saving for the future, no joke. I'd rather spend $7500 and go to school overseas, which I did.

You know why I bought a 240sx when I was 17 years old? Because it was 2002 (before drifting got popular) and I bought it off a single female owner for $2300. If they wanted $5000, I'd be stupid to buy it.

This ain't no "Gran Turismo" game and expect to throw money at it to fix it unless you have $30,000 for a shop to do a ton of work. By that time, I'd rather use the money to buy a used Porsche Carrera 4.

Honda civic. Pushing a fwd car, the understeer will make things exciting enough for you and they can be made faster somewhat cheaply. lol I am 18 so i can relate. I had a saturn ion redline (think cobalt ss) and it was a fun fuel efficient reliable DD. i sold it for a Nissan Frontier and the extra money is going towards my S14 project now that i have college covered. Your future should always come first.

Fast, Reliable, and Budget...they don't go together.

You should post in the classifieds if you want a car from a member? or are you just looking for ideas?

Or use that 7500 to make your 240 reliable lol. With that cash you can do anything your heart desires
