So I tested my OEM fuel injectors (not in the engine, just individually while not connected to anything) for resistance with a multimeter, and they all gave me about zero ohms. But, they work perfectly fine when I install them; car runs fine... I also checked my 800cc injectors and they read 0 too. Is something wrong here? I thought they were supposed to be around 12ohms?

Well if you're hooking it up wrong or putting the dmm in the wrong selection it will read 0

I've got one of the multi meter wires on the left metal tab on the injector, and the other on the right. If I switch them around it does the same thing
I've got it set on resistance (green horseshoe shape).

You ARE doing it wrong. Maybe using Kohm on your meter. Or your meter does not work.
