I'm sorry...but some lame guy just registered this back in the day hoping to get some free advertising for his lame computer company every time someone looking for nissan car company info surfed over to his poorly made basic html site.  Now he's complaining that nissan motor corp. is suing him!  Just had to let that out...it's been bugging me for over a year and I don't know where else to whine about it.

i bet nissan offered him a good amount of $ for the site n he turned it down. but yeah, i find myself accidentally going to that site a lot.

whatever.  nissan wasnt smart enough to get it.  its their fault.  he'll sell it eventually, as soon as nissan drops some $$$ on him.

And lawers even more. He has every right to keep that site. He beat them to it, too bad for them. The only way the suit would work is if nissan motor corp could prove that Uzi Nissan (founder and president of Nissan Computer Corporation) bought the domain name for the pure intent to sell it to the company (or a porn site hehe) for profit. Since the suit is a few years late, and almost 2 years old now, I doubt anything will come of it. And yes it does suck but what can ya do? Atleast he is linking to nissandriven.com

Funny you should mention this. &nbsp;I wrote a three page email to Nissan Motor Company a while back telling them to get their a$$ in gear. &nbsp;That suit has been going on for quite a while.

First: &nbsp;Web addresses are first come, first serve. &nbsp;Tough sh*t if they didn't pick it ahead of time.

Second: &nbsp;Instead of wasting money with a lawsuit they can't win, why don't they just get a different friggin' name, stop bitching, and get working on more fast cars and trucks for the general public.
