Hello all. I have got a lot of info from this forum but have never been a member until today. I need some help. I own a 93 240sx with a ka24de-t. I just installed a chase bays booster eliminator with all new lines, and a hydraulic ebrake. Got it all installed and when I hit the brakes they do apply but it feels like the calipers have no balls. The car barley stops. I have beld the system around 5 times, there are no leaks and it still won't stop. Same with the hydro ebrake, it doesn't lock up. I did notice when I hit the brakes and hit the ebrake it does stop a lot better, no lock up though. Any suggestions?

check for any leaks or loose connections between lines and fittings, I dont have any experience with the BB eliminator but even installing stainless lines I had to tighten and re tighten everything a few times between bleeding. Any problems with braking usually stem from leaks or air in the lines. Someone else could probably chime in and offer more input about the specific parts you've used.

I've had a friend with a similar problem. IIRC, he never had the same "ease" with braking without the booster. He ended up getting "quick bleed" bleeder screws for ease of bleeding. you should be able to find em at your local auto parts store.
After bleeding over and over we finally got alll the little tiny ass bubbles out and it was alot better.
Basically, those bleeder screws have a built in one way valve that will let you loosen it and bleed the system without the possibility of air returning to the lines.
