View Full Version : CA Testing Waters - semi build SR part out PFC, 2871r etc.

Testing waters: Had to take it apart thought something was fucked but everything looks fine! It look like the piston rings things (I'm not the best at working on motor my friend the master tech..)
I'll get some pics later if people are interested.

So basically this is a SR block with a semi build head that's just waiting to be put back together. When it was pulled it had about 12k on the rebuild. Does not have a clutch or tranny. I have a clutch but I wouldn't recommend using it.

I'm trying to decide to go to KA or something else for now. So please if there any interested or if you had the money throw them offers so I can see what's the best plan of action for me.

I could like to sell this has a whole but I maybe willing to just part it out. Why this is a testing waters. Will most likely post a sale thread with pics but I need to figure out the going rate.

Technically, it's a T28. T28 is the size of family of CHRA/inlet flange size. T28's come in many different trim sizes, GT2871R being one of them. Hence in the part number it has GT2871R :D
