i think it might be a good idea to atleast try a new member section, where that is the only place they can post for a certain amount of posts or until a moderator approves them to join the rest of us

it is really sad that we would consider it but with so many new people coming in here and asking the most ridiculous questions, it seems logical

The restrictions currently in place on new registrants are good enough.
No need in making a new section for them to complain about not being able to post in the marketplace.
