has no papers, picked it up from a neighbor, he didn't have papers for it and the city was going to tow it cause he left it on the street, so he asked me to just take it, has back fees, so didnt register it. thats why it was going to be a track only car. So only choice I have since I dont have the space for it anymore is to sell it as is, or just scrap it.
