In case anyone was wondering, the cars runs great, pulls hard, only set to 6.5psi, has powersteer leak, interior is ratty, but clean, pulled the dash and washed all of the vents. Great deal hit me up!

The engine and trans alone are 3k, it has a new T28 turbo, legit with papers, and other goodies on it, for 3500 its a steal.

Just to make this straight its not an s13 notch top its either an s14 black top notch top or an s15 black top notch top ... S13 never made notch tops just the differences between red top and black top

Ok I corrected the 1st post, yes it is a S14 notch top SR20DET, it has brand new GT2871R in it, Check out the craigs ad it comes with a ton of spare parts, its a steal, now someone buy it, and no I wont drop the price.

I have the notch top motor, with a better turbo, oh and my FMIC isn't held together with exhaust clamps, the car is solid, idles great, no leaks on the engine or the trans, new clutch, clutch slave, clutch master, new parts etc, the exterior is complete and all of the lights work, all of the switches work in the interior, and all of the gauges work on the JDM S14 cluster. Its a good deal.

I'll take the s14/s15 sr20det over the s13's. Not to bash on the OP but looks like all he did was bought a crap shell for dirt cheap (or free), put a s14 sr in it and expect to make a profit. I suggest you take your time to clean the car inside out, do little body work, and you would get your asking price.

The S14 SR will run you 2500-3000 alone, another 1k on the turbo, 500 for the flywheel, clutch, master, slave, 400 cooling system replacement with koyo rad, 300 FMIC, 500 other BS like engine mounts, battery relocate. I wish I was making money on the thing, but I promise you I ain't. The car runs like a boss. Its a more than fair price, even if the shell is a piece of trash that only cost me 1k to buy.

Honestly, people are probably scared off because of the shell, I don't care if it had an ls in it, the condition of the car would be a red flag to the quality or care of the motor/swap.


Now don't get butt hurt, my solution:
Pull the motor/trans/etc. Clean everything up and make it look real nice and sell it as a swap. I'm sure someone would gladly pay for a CLEAN/good condition SR swap w/ gt2871r turbo and other "goodies".

In my dad's day a rat-rod was some old rusty car that got some "modern" V8 swapped in to it, a drop, and some white wall tires. They were the "stance" guys of their day.

At any rate the car runs great, and is very fast, it just looks like shit, so if you don't car about the look or you just want a good deal on a healthy SR swap I am the guy you want to talk to.

As for some of the posts, I try not to flame and be respectful of ignorance. After all there was a time I didn't know what boost pressure was, but that was long before I started posting on forums.

You beat me to it sy. A little bit of research goes a long way. Plus i wouldn't advertise this as a rat-rod. Those guys put a lot of time and money to make their cars look that way and yours just had nature wipe its butt with it.
