Ok so I posted in KA-T.org but while I'm waiting for replies ill post in here as well.
I have done a few quick searches, and have seen a few different options
my setup is as follows;
gt2871r .60
870cc injectors
z32 maf
255 walbro
4" fmic
wideband
greddy turbo timer and boost controller
gredda rs bov
xspower b.m manifold
Currently I have a Calumsult real time ecu, but in order for it to work for me I need to to get OBD1-OBD2 harness adapter

I have been told safc2, which I heard advances timing.. Which is not what I want
I have been told greddy emanage ultimate.
nistune
or pfc

Go Nistune if you have a shop that can tune it for you (if you don't know how to tune). If not, go with an Enthalpy ROM tune.

I am going to attempt to read your mind and come up with the following:

You must have a 1995 to 1998 S14 240sx, Did I get that right?

Jesus 870cc???
I have ka24et running z32 maf in blow through, walbro 255, and 550cc on an apexi neo and msd btm running 12psi. Runs really well and able to dial everything in for on the street or for the track in under 5 mins. Also the btm adapts to changing boost levels if ever a spike/you raise it. And sourced both under $250-300 and I imagine prices would be even cheaper now. If not try to get an emanage also can be pretty cheap I imagine now. Just alot more in-depth as far as the actual tuning goes.

Have a look at NismotronicSA (http://www.nismotronic.com/) before you make a decision.

and all that on a stock motor?

If you already have that Real time Calum ecu, just get the conversion harness and you are ready to go. You will need the same for the nistune board.

Rywire : Nissan S14 to S13 ECU Jumper - $250.00 (http://www.rywire.com/catalog/nissan-s14-to-s13-ecu-jumper-p-48.html)

I won't try to make this from scratch. It's beautifully crafted and worth every penny in my opinion.
