Found a LSD

it's a used KAAZ LSD for $400, i know the guy, and he wants to trade for my open diff because he's selling the car. it's about 150 more than i wanted to pay (you can't always get want you want, i hear) but this is a $700+ aftermarket LSD. should i go for it?

Only bad thing about the KAAZ unit is you have to change the oil about every 3k miles with oil provided by KAAZ, and its exspensive.

every 3000 miles? good lord. i'm not sure how many miles it has, i should ask. his car has about 125,000 on it, but of course he didn't have the LSD on it that long. he used to have a turbo but he took it off after a while for durability...THEN his engine blew up after the turbo was off for a while. heh. &nbsp;i'll ask about the miles...

i got a response. he didn't keep track of the mileage, he's had it for a year and a half, and when i asked how much the oil was, he said x.x pints. not the answers i was looking for <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> plus it's 400 + my old diff. i think i'll buy a brand new one to be safe.... have at it <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> his email is [email protected] his name is tony and lives in dallas.
