Correct, these are the corners only, fully working electrical. Perfect for someone who has a damaged drivers side and doesn't want to pay $200 dollars on ebay for both sides. Or someone who knows plastic work better than me and wants to get fancy.

The shifter trim comes with a leather shift boot like the ones selling for 40+shipping on the main FS page rather than OEM vinyl.

So from the link you gave me that's $66 + $40 for a leather boot + shipping

They come w/ the standard horn, you'd have to purchase a recirc or any other accessories specific to your application, same as if it were bought new.

If you have a Greedy recirc already it'll fit. They're like $20 from what I could find. I used my old Greedy recirc.
