I'm not particularly fond of them, they look good in the polish/chrome looking optional color though.
I don't see a +35 in either of the sizes mentioned in that link, 18x8.5 comes in +43, +37, and +30, none of which would be flush (if that's the look you'd like) and +30 might not even clear front coilovers without a (small) spacer. 18x9.5 comes in +38, +30, +20, and +12. I think +20 or +12 would be hot, but would require negative camber and possibly some fender pulling (S14 can take some wide wheels though).
For 17s I would go 9 +17 all around...

i luv them. but they are heavy. check out the motegi trek lite. they are awesome looking, i think. and they are preaty dam light, and they dont break the bank. 17's are like 15 pounds, and 220$.

I think they are great wheels , pay no attention to the offsets listed on the site that was just for picture refference

Hmm those numbers don't seem to match up with Work's website. Maybe they have some new sizes and haven't updated yet. Here's what I was working with. Linky (http://www.work-wheels.co.jp/wheels/index/emt-k1p-2/emt-k1p-2.pdf)

I had those wheels in mind for awhile, but I ordered some dt-05r's. I'll eventually get some other type of wheel down the road w/ polished lip goodness.
