How much should i PAY?

hey guys and gals... i'm a bit new to this forum but i'm glad i found it. i'm just wondering what i should pay for a 91 se coupe. it's a 5 speed with power windows, doors locks, sunroof alloys, spoiler and i'm guessing average miles for the year... the owner wants 3500 for it obo... what would you pay and what should i look for if i go to look at it? thanks again... peace...

the car is white and i'm not sure on miles... i think it was around 90,---

$2800-3000 sounds fair if its in pretty good condition and the title is clean (should be in decent condition for those miles)
