my uncle had this car when it first came out back in 95. constantly had problems and he took good care of it.

Would buy in a heartbeat if you were closer! I have a 97 gst as well. Mine running a hx40 right now. Have mad love for dsm's. And just so everyone knows, with one cheap turbo upgrade to a hx35 (300-500$) some bigger injectors and a tune for E85 you will have a turn key 11 second car. So for a total prive a 2500$ (that's including the car) you have a very capable car. I know because I have done this to my 91 tsi. Not just talking out of my ass.

He's right,I've owned an eclipse for each generation and the DSM 2nd gens by far had the worst reliability not to mention they were thrashed to hell by almost every owner. Nobody on this forum will trade their 240 for a fwd car of any sort,just aint gonna happen. Glws

actaully.. the 4G63 is the best engine.. you can get.. the problem with the 4G63 in the eclipse is its not a FORGED 4G63. and the 2G 7 bolt sucks compared to the 1G eclipse which was better. but that is easily fixed by swapping them over. :)

but clean car man. i love me some mitsu. since i have one too haha evo 4 lyfeee
